A robust curriculum is expected to cover fundamentals of the life sciences industry, biomanufacturing concepts, cell and gene therapy and vaccine manufacturing, quality control skills, technical writing, data analysis, and more.

Manufacturing Technician: Fill Finish

  • Fill / Finish Operations
  • Lyophilization Operations
  • Supporting Operations (Solution prep, autoclave and washer, etc)

Warehouse Technician

  • Materials Management Operations
  • Overview of Biotech Product Shipping and Distribution Operations

Manufacturing Technician: Downstream Biotech/CGT

  • Downstream Operations
  • Supporting Operations (Solution Prep, Autoclave and Washer, etc)

QC Analyst

  • Aseptic Operations
  • QC Microbiological Testing
  • QC Product Quality Testing

Validation Technician

  • Equipment Commissioning and Qualification Operations
  • CIP / SIP Qualification
  • Utility Qualification
  • Computer System Validation
