About the Role

We are a fast-paced custom manufacturing facility seeking a Senior Packaging Associate to support daily packaging operations in a cGMP-regulated environment.

This is a hands-on role—you will be actively involved in packaging product while also helping guide the team, maintain workflow, and ensure quality standards are met. As a smaller, growing business, flexibility and a team-first mindset are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Package finished products according to specifications, labeling, and quality standards
• Set up and break down packaging lines
• Perform line clearances and ensure proper documentation
• Assist in reviewing batch records and ensuring accuracy
• Help coordinate daily packaging activities to meet production goals
• Support training of team members and reinforce proper procedures
• Identify issues quickly and communicate with leadership to keep operations moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and cGMP-compliant work environment
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support overall workflow and business needs

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production (cGMP a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Reliable, hands-on, and willing to step in where needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of quality and compliance (or willingness to learn)

Pay: $42,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
