, we’re advancing science to transform lives. Our Discovery Research team is seeking a
Researcher (R&D)
to support cutting-edge projects in cell and molecular biology. This role is designed as a
short-term assignment (3 months)
with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced researcher to make an immediate impact in a high-performing cross-functional team.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, optimize, and execute analytical methods such as cell counting & viability, ELISA, flow cytometry, cell-based potency assays, and qPCR.
  • Maintain cell cultures and generate cell banks for assay use.
  • Independently plan, execute, and analyze complex experiments, drawing conclusions and reporting findings.
  • Prepare data summaries, present results to supervisors, and contribute to technical documentation (SOPs, protocols, reports).
  • Support lab operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

What You Bring

  • Education:
    BS or MS in Biology or related discipline.
  • Experience:
    2-5 years of laboratory experience in cell and molecular biology techniques.
  • Strong expertise with cell-based assays, ELISA, flow cytometry, and qPCR.
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques and routine cell culture work.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • A self-motivated, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced R&D environment.
