Responsibilities:

  1. Execute work directives from the Group Headquarters Finance department, ensuring the timeliness, quality, and granularity of all related outputs to meet headquarters’ requirements.

  2. Establish company financial accounting standards and processes compliant with local US financial and tax regulations. Oversee all financial management aspects for the US subsidiary, including but not limited to financial statement preparation, budgeting management, business analysis, special reports, and financial and tax audits.

  3. Monitor and control the cash flow situation of the US subsidiary. Proactively design and continuously optimize customer credit terms. Collaborate with business teams to promptly collect overdue accounts receivable, ensuring the safety and stability of the US subsidiary’s cash flow.

  4. Develop financial professional solutions suited to the operations and growth of the US subsidiary’s business. Deeply engage in the full lifecycle management of various resource investment projects, providing quantified financial data. Ensure profitability from the outset, implement corrective measures during execution, and conduct post-project reviews. Provide professional input for the daily management of the US subsidiary and support business decision-making.

  5. Under the framework of the headquarters’ authorization management system for the US subsidiary, establish an internal control and risk management system. Deeply and comprehensively integrate these into various business operation processes. Fulfill financial oversight duties, promptly identify risks, proactively resolve them, ensure compliance in financial, tax, and legal areas, and safeguard the medium to long-term healthy development of the US subsidiary’s business.

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance from a top US university. Preference will be given to candidates of Chinese heritage and those with residency in California.

  2. Minimum of three years of financial accounting and management experience in a local US enterprise. Proficient in IFRS and US GAAP. Possession of ACCA, US CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  3. Strong communication and coordination skills, cross-cultural awareness, and comprehensive professional qualities. Ability to work under appropriate pressure, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and growth potential.

  4. Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to use both as working languages.
